Sea to Stove was born from a simple idea bringing authentic coastal seafood from the sea straight to your stove, without the hassle.

We share a close connection with local fishermen who sail out, catch, and return within a short fishing duration often the same day, the next day, or within less than three days. This limited fishing window helps ensure the seafood remains naturally fresh, never stored for long periods at sea.

Once the catch reaches the shore, we take care of everything that follows. From careful selection and hygienic preparation to traditional marinades and homemade masalas, every step is handled with care. No cleaning. No grinding. No guesswork, just fresh, ready-to-cook seafood.

We use fresh, clean ingredients in all our recipes we use small onions, nattu thakkali (country tomatoes), and traditional kudampuli for fish curries. We cook using coconut oil and sesame oil, staying true to authentic coastal methods, and we never use food colors or preservatives.

All our recipes are homemade and prepared in an authentic style, inspired by real coastal kitchens. The flavors are comforting and familiar often bringing back memories of your mother’s or grandmother’s special home-cooked meals.

To protect this quality, we pack our food in high-quality, reusable, airtight aluminum food storage bags, helping keep the food fresh, safe, and hygienic until it reaches your kitchen.
